Chancellor Olaf Scholz's reception for the Diplomatic Corps at the Federal Chancellery

El martes 10 de septiembre, el Embajador Fernando Acosta Díaz participó en la recepción ofrecida por el Canciller Federal Olaf Scholz al cuerpo diplomático en la Cancillería, oportunidad en la que destacó la importancia de acelerar los acuerdos de libre comercio, afirmando que la desglobalización y el aislamiento no son opciones viables para el futuro.
El Canciller abordó el cambio climático, subrayando la relevancia de iniciativas internacionales como el "Club del Clima" para fomentar acciones conjuntas frente a esta crisis global. Además, reiteró que Alemania no tolerará cambios de fronteras mediante la fuerza.
En cuanto al conflicto en Oriente Medio, Scholz exigió la liberación inmediata de los rehenes retenidos por Hamás, al tiempo que abogó por una solución pacífica que garantice la convivencia entre Israel y un futuro Estado palestino.
Finalmente, Scholz mencionó la próxima reunión sobre la reforma del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU, destacando la importancia de mantener las normas y principios internacionales para la protección de todos los países.
